SynthoPulse LLC

Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 2, 2026

These terms apply to the SynthoPulse website, the Remaster free storefront read, requested private reviews, and paid Remaster work. A written project proposal may add or replace terms for that specific project.

Free Read and Private Review

The free read evaluates signals on one public homepage. It is an informational screening, not a sales forecast, accessibility audit, legal opinion, security audit, or promise that every issue has been found. It requires no storefront credentials and does not authorize SynthoPulse to change your website.

A private review is also free unless a written offer clearly says otherwise. Requesting a review does not authorize paid work. We may decline a review or conclude that no project is warranted.

Scope, Price, and Approval

Paid work begins only after the merchant receives and accepts a written scope and price. The proposal will identify the deliverables, platform boundary, approval points, payment schedule, cancellation terms, refund terms, and any assumptions that apply. Work outside that scope requires separate written approval.

Merchant Responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorized to request work for the storefront and to provide any text, images, data, or account access used in the project. You are responsible for accurate business and product claims, required notices, and maintaining appropriate backups and platform access. We will request only the access needed for an approved scope.

Deliverables and Ownership

You retain ownership of material you provide. SynthoPulse retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, templates, and general know-how. After the agreed fees are paid, you may use the custom deliverables created for your approved project, subject to any third-party license disclosed in the proposal. Draft concepts remain private and may not be published as completed work until approved.

Third-Party Platforms

Shopify, WooCommerce, hosting providers, themes, plugins, payment services, and other third parties operate under their own terms and may change independently. SynthoPulse is not responsible for an outage, policy decision, fee, or later platform change controlled by a third party.

Validation, Rollback, and Results

The approved scope will describe reasonable validation and any available rollback boundary. No website change is risk-free, and no conversion, revenue, ranking, traffic, or other business result is guaranteed. Findings and recommendations are based on the evidence available at the time of review.

Confidentiality and Publicity

Private concepts, credentials, and nonpublic project material are handled only for the requested work. SynthoPulse will not identify a merchant as a customer or publish private project material as a case study without permission.

Service Availability and Liability

Public website features are provided on an as-available basis and may be limited, changed, or suspended for security or maintenance. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SynthoPulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any project-specific liability terms will be stated in the accepted proposal; rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Contact and Updates

Questions may be sent to info@synthopulse.ai. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a revised effective date. The terms and governing law stated in an accepted proposal control that project if they conflict with this page.
