SynthoPulse LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 2026

SynthoPulse LLC operates the SynthoPulse website, Remaster storefront review services, and KitchenPulse restaurant operating software. This policy explains how information is handled across those services.

Information We Collect

When you use the Remaster free storefront read, you submit a public website domain. The service reads the public homepage and derives a high-level result from public page signals such as titles, page structure, product information, images, and buying-confidence cues.

The free read does not ask for storefront credentials, admin access, payment information, customer records, or private account data. It does not install software or write to the submitted website.

If you contact SynthoPulse or request a private review, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, store domain, project context, and correspondence.

KitchenPulse may collect information submitted by authorized restaurant operators and staff, including receipt photos, receipt details, vendor information, stock count entries, item names, storage areas, notes, item setup details, and ordering-related operational records.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the requested service, respond to questions, prepare a requested Remaster review or proposal, operate KitchenPulse workflows, protect our services from abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve reliability and accuracy.

Remaster scan results are automated public-page screenings. They are not sales forecasts, legal opinions, or final implementation recommendations. A person reviews any requested private work before a project is recommended.

Remaster Free-Read Processing

Submitted public domains and downloaded public homepage content are processed to return the free-read result. The Remaster application does not write the submitted domain or downloaded homepage content to its application database as part of the free read. Hosting, security, and network providers may retain limited operational logs under their own retention policies.

To enforce temporary free-read limits, the scanner keeps the submitted domain and a one-way hashed connection identifier in short-lived server memory. Those entries expire automatically and are not used to build a marketing list.

The scanner stops when a destination resolves to a private network, uses an unsupported network port, returns an unsupported response, or redirects beyond the submitted hostname and its direct wwwcounterpart. These controls are designed to keep the public read within the domain you requested.

The automated free read uses rules-based screening and does not submit the downloaded homepage to a generative AI model. If you request a private review, public storefront material may be evaluated with assisted design or analysis tools and is reviewed by a person before delivery.

Photos and Camera Access

KitchenPulse uses camera and photo library access so authorized users can submit receipt photos and related operational records. Photos are used for receipt processing and restaurant workflow support.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers used to operate SynthoPulse services, including hosting, email, database, security, automation, analytics, and AI-processing infrastructure. These providers are used to deliver, maintain, secure, and improve the relevant service.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security, rights, or integrity of SynthoPulse, KitchenPulse, our customers, or our services.

Tracking and Advertising

SynthoPulse does not use submitted Remaster domains or KitchenPulse operational data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. The Remaster free read uses a browser protection check, and security providers may process technical signals needed to distinguish an interactive request from automated abuse.

Data Retention

We retain correspondence, project records, and KitchenPulse operational records as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and audit records, support security, improve accuracy, and troubleshoot customer issues. You may contact us about a specific privacy or deletion request.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information and limit access according to the service being provided. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
